Psychology - Narrative -  Integrity

Synaptic Fields supports psychological clarity and recovery following trauma, abuse, and life disruption.

Trauma-informed and integrative, the practice provides in-person and online sessions. Informed by postgraduate training in psychological sciences and shaped by experience in humanitarian and civilian protection settings, it draws on clinical hypnotherapy and structured therapeutic approaches to support the mind’s capacity for reorganisation following sustained stress, coercion, or systemic harm.

In a world of sudden shifts, hidden pressures, and enduring power imbalances—whether arising from personal histories or broader contexts of violence and control—internal narratives can fracture or become rigid. The frameworks through which experience is organised may shape perception and behaviour in ways that once ensured survival but no longer serve present reality. These adaptations are not only cognitive; they are embedded in the nervous system, memory, and processes beyond conscious awareness.

At Synaptic Fields, these patterns are approached with analytical attention and therapeutic care. As they are examined and restructured, coherence strengthens and experience is no longer organised around past threats or control dynamics.

Quiet coherence.

Life-changing relief from cluster headaches with hypnotherapy

D.M. Salter, Cinematographer,

UK & India

“I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for the remarkable relief I've experienced through Sabine's hypnotherapy treatment. After suffering from debilitating cluster headaches for two agonizing months and trying various medical approaches, Sabine's expertise brought me the breakthrough I desperately needed.  Before discovering Sabine's services, I had been on a disheartening journey seeking help from both Western and Ayurvedic doctors. The Ayurvedic treatments proved futile, while the Western doctors could not pinpoint the root cause of my agony, resorting to prescribing extremely potent medications that only exacerbated my suffering. It was an excruciating period of my life, marked by unbearable pain, desperation, and frustration. At the height of my suffering, a dear friend introduced me to Sabine, and it was a turning point in my journey to recovery. From the very first consultation, Sabine made me feel like I was talking to a trusted friend. She patiently explained her approach and what I could expect from the hypnotherapy sessions. This initial conversation instilled confidence in me, and I eagerly embarked on this new path to healing.  Our subsequent video call sessions, conducted in the comfort and privacy of my own home, were truly transformative. Sabine guided me through layers of my subconscious that I had been unable to access and confront. Through these sessions, I not only identified the deep-seated issues causing my cluster headaches but also gained valuable insights into my personality traits that made me susceptible to certain negative influences in my life.  The impact was immediate and profound. After just one session, I felt an immense burden lifted from my shoulders. Sabine provided me with a recording and instructions to help me control my breathing and return to the same state of consciousness we achieved during our sessions. This became my lifeline and a powerful tool for managing my pain.   Over the course of a week, the cluster headaches that had tormented me for months began to disappear. While I occasionally still experience initial sinus tension, I now recognize it as an early warning sign. Thanks to Sabine's guidance, I can stop, identify the underlying issue causing tension, and address it before it lingers and escalates.  Sabine's skillful and compassionate approach to hypnotherapy has not only relieved me of excruciating pain but also empowered me with the tools to maintain my well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend Sabine to anyone seeking relief from physical or emotional challenges. Her expertise has truly changed my life, and I am forever grateful for her dedication and support."

Allowing the flow inside

Gabi, Writer & Visual Artist,

The Netherlands

"It's amazing how a sweep of the subconscious has rearranged my rusty habits and thoughts, opening a portal to fresh outlooks, space to create in a number of ways, and peace of mind to allow the flow inside. It actually gave me wings and a new supply of willpower."

Letting go of sugar cravings

Michel, Humanitarian Worker,

Thailand

"The process is smooth and relaxing. The semi-hypnotic state allows you to recall information kept deep inside you. The whole treatment is not very demanding for a potential great result. I have followed this therapy for excessive consumption of sugar after meals."

Lightness in family relations

Christine,

Philanthropist,

France

"The subject of personal transformation has always captivated me. I strive to understand what has shaped me, so that I may ultimately free myself from it. I have learned a great deal from mental health professionals, non-duality teachers, and practitioners of traditional medicine. In time, my path crossed that of Sabine Fetta. Sabine draws upon her remarkable intuition to identify the obstacles that hold us back, and she employs highly effective methods to help us overcome these internal barriers. Thanks to her guidance, and after only a few weeks of hypnotherapy, I began to view the world from a subtly different perspective. I was able to approach my challenges with greater discernment, and I found a renewed sense of lightness within my family relationships. I remain deeply grateful to her."
